Taste Tea.
A guided tasting to help you notice more, one sip at a time. No tea knowledge needed.

A little attention goes a long way
What you’ll explore
Become more aware of a tea and learn to distinguish between aroma, taste, mouthfeel, and what remains after a sip.
Before you begin
We’ll prepare and taste your tea together. Have everything within reach, but don’t start brewing yet.
You’ll need
- A tea of your choice — loose leaf or a tea bag.
- Your usual brewing equipment and a cup.
- A kettle filled and ready to heat.
- Enough tea for four or five small sips, with some extra to refill if you’re using a small cup.
- A comfortable seat, a stable surface for your tea, and about 15 minutes without interruptions.
Using a tea bag?
You’re welcome to join with a tea bag. We’ll briefly look at the dry leaves before brewing. If you can’t see yours, simply listen during that part — there’s nothing you need to do.
Go at your own pace
Use your usual brewing method, or follow the instructions for your tea. The session will wait while you prepare it. You can also pause whenever you need more time.
